Yeah…we are there again, its good honest….plus this year we are hosting a lunch with https://adeptcsce.com/ and a dinner in the hills with our good friends https://feixandmerlin.com/  so it will be fun.

Why do we go to MIPIM?

Architects consultants and clients are all there…the unknown faces of investment/finance too!

Networking is the key to our growth;

Not because you win work, at least not at MIPIM itself, but because you learn information which can be traded later to win work or create opportunity, and after about three years one of those MIPIM meetings finally becomes a real project…

Your work sings out from your media and press, but you also need to be seen and if possible, heard or spoken about.

Your network is like a web, you can make a slight movement any old time, but being at MIPIM amplifies that movement...

MIPIM is also like property world Christmas;

You are surrounded by a mix of family (staff/clients) and friends (loads of architects) but don’t all share the same morals, or politics…

You have to be there if you want to hear from your difficult aunt (client) with the big house no kids and maybe a will (a real project) at all this year…

You overeat and over drink all week…and someone is always an asshole!
