Planning approval for Monk Bridge, “Highline” Leeds
Foundation Real Estate and Alpha Real Trust have submitted plans to Leeds City Council for a 352 BTR apartments over two blocks, one 14 and one 21 storeys, as part of a 650 home development on a brown field site in the newly emerging Southbank area of the city. The scheme was originally laid out as part of a wider masterplan by Chris Boyce at his previous practice, and will feature an 800m long raised park on a disused listed viaduct.
