NMGC Golf Club; new project win

Working with our partners Urban Green we are designing a new golf club in the Manchester suburb of Middleton as part of a small housing development by https://www.countrysideproperties.com/ which will enable the club to invest in modern changing, club room and entertainment spaces.  The new club facility design will appeal to a younger and more diverse golfing audience and set a standard for a drop in and play club as well as being for members. We found the club had a fabulous Victorian period brick barn which we will repurpose in line with the Architect’s Journal’s Retro First campaign:
