AST* are entering their 5th year as a practice; our work remains diverse and each project is given the design love which it deserves.
Our core sectors are community / social value projects focusing around community sport, or small scale civic buildings as part of larger residential led developments, and city core build to rent. W e also have a strong RIBA award winning legacy of knowledge across the education spectrum.
We are keen to start conversations at MIPIM 2022 with like minded clients who are seeking an architecture team who will add as yet undefined social value to their developments, lever niche planning gains which win complex consents where others cannot, and who design for the future, the user and the city.
